We are pleased that the educational concept of Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL is gaining attention beyond the school environment.
The English-language media outlet Prague Daily News dedicated an article to our focus on international education, the IB programme, the gradual strengthening of English-language teaching and the development of critical thinking. The article also presents how Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL connects the Czech educational environment with an international approach and prepares students for further studies and life in a global context.
At the same time, TV Nova also selected our school for a report on modern and more practical science education. The report highlighted that science subjects do not have to be limited to theory in the classroom, but can lead students towards discovery, their own ideas, experiments and a deeper understanding of connections.
Both media features reflect the direction in which Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL has been heading for a long time. We want to create an environment where students learn to think in context, develop their language skills, work on their own projects and gain experiences that provide them with a strong foundation for further studies and personal development.
We would like to thank TV Nova and Prague Daily News for giving space to, and showing interest in, topics that are important to our school.
