The school offers wide opportunities to all who are eager and motivated to gain the best education in a friendly environment. This includes professionals from the field, a supportive team of coaches and counselors, strong English language support, a pleasant, modern, and young team of teachers, school activities, interdisciplinary learning, seminars, laboratory simulations, and pilot programs such as Science 360.
Why Choose
Our School →
Learning Without Borders
Languages are the foundation of our school. English and other languages are taught naturally, engagingly, and playfully.
Individual Approach
Every student is unique, and we adapt to their needs and career ambitions.
Talent Support
Our school allows students to grow academically and develop their talents without compromise.
Preparation for the Future
Our education focuses on developing the skills and knowledge that will help students succeed at Czech and international universities.
We build on the long-term success of VICTORIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and provide students with an environment where they can grow both academically and personally.
We respect the specific needs of students aged 15–19 and support their visions, dreams, and extracurricular activities. Our students don’t just learn theory — they also apply their knowledge in practice.
“The mission of our school is to provide education that combines academic excellence with personal development.
We nurture students who are knowledgeable, open-minded, reflective, and understanding — ready to embrace the diversity of the world. Our graduates will be prepared not only for successful university studies but also for practical life and responsible roles in society.”
Tomáš Mikeska, Head of School
Our Vision
Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL has a clear goal — to provide students with an inspiring and stimulating environment where they can develop their abilities, intrinsic motivation, and critical thinking. Our school emphasizes modern educational approaches that connect theory with practice while respecting the individual needs of every student.
We want our graduates to be prepared not only for study at prestigious universities but also for life in a world full of challenges. We promote the philosophy of “Talent and Education Without Borders.” We support students talented in various areas while giving them access to the highest quality education to prepare them for higher education. Our vision is to pass on knowledge through interdisciplinary connections, practical examples, and a focus on real-life application.
We aim to create a school that encourages self-education, respect, responsibility, cooperation, and tolerance. We build an environment where students feel motivated to grow, explore, and prepare for a successful future — academically, personally, and professionally.
“Founding the high school followed the same vision as establishing the kindergarten and elementary school.
My goal was to create a place where I would feel confident sending my own children — a place that provides care and education opening doors to the entire world.“
Dana Robertson, Founder
Studying at Our School
Education System
Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL emphasizes connecting theory with practice and developing critical thinking. Teaching is based on modern methods and interdisciplinary links that help students see subjects in a broader context.
We place great emphasis on languages — particularly English, which is taught by native speakers. Students can also choose an additional foreign language to further develop their linguistic skills.
For students with more demanding schedules, we offer an Individual Study Plan. An individual approach and regular progress monitoring are a given, as is the use of modern technology in teaching.
Studying at our school ensures that every student can achieve their goals and dreams, regardless of extracurricular commitments or time constraints.

The more languages you speak

At our school we place strong emphasis on language education. Besides English, we also offer Spanish and German. Our students can thus expand their linguistic skills with additional world languages, opening new opportunities both in academia and in their future careers.
They gain a solid foundation for international language exams.
English Language Education
The English language and its instruction are a key pillar of our educational system.
English is not only a separate subject but also a natural part of many other activities, projects, and subjects. The main advantage of our school is a team of native speakers, who teach not only language lessons but are also actively involved in other subjects and extracurricular activities.
Students have the opportunity to prepare for internationally recognized Cambridge examinations directly at our school.
German Language Education
Experienced lecturers emphasize practical language use in everyday and academic situations.
Students learn not only grammar and vocabulary but also how to communicate fluently and develop conversational confidence. Thanks to our individual approach and modern teaching methods, each student can focus on their personal needs and goals.
Spanish Language Education
Students are taught by native speakers who introduce them not only to the language but also to the culture and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries. This enables our students to communicate effortlessly abroad — whether during studies, travel, or work.
Technology Is the Future
and We Know It →
At our school modern technology is an essential part of education. Our classrooms are equipped with computers, giving students easy access to information and enabling them to work effectively in the digital world.
Interactive teaching materials, online platforms, and digital tools foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills. The curriculum also includes programming, data management, and cybersecurity, preparing students for the future.
We help students develop their technological skills while emphasizing digital etiquette and balance — teaching them to maintain a healthy relationship between the virtual and real worlds.
SCIENCE 360 Program
at Our School
The SCIENCE 360 educational program integrates biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics. Monthly and semi-annual project-based lessons connect topics from these disciplines, creating a coherent, practical, and logical understanding with real-world applications. To achieve this goal, we use the Labster simulation platform, for which we hold an exclusive license as the only school in the Czech Republic.
SCIENCE 360 helps students view natural sciences in a broader context and develops skills essential for success in further studies and professional careers.
