Preparatory Courses for State Entrance Exams 2026

Gymnasium VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL is opening online preparatory courses for applicants to the four-year study program — in Czech language and literature and mathematics.

The courses are conducted via MS Teams and aim to prepare students for successful completion of state entrance exams.

The courses will be taught by the experienced teachers:

Czech language and literature: Mgr. Michal Navara

Mathematics: Mgr. Jan Volt

Course focus and dates

Czech language and literature

Monday 5:30–6:30 p.m.

Dates: December 8, December 15, January 12, January 19, January 26, February 2, February 9, March 2, March 9, March 16.

Mathematics

Tuesday 5:30–6:30 p.m.

Dates: December 9, December 16, January 13, January 20, January 27, February 3, February 10, March 3, March 10, March 17.

Organization and price

Minimum number of participants: 4

Maximum capacity: 12 students

Course price:

Czech language and literature (10 hours): CZK 3,990

Mathematics (10 hours): CZK 3,990

Orientation Course: They Arrived as Individuals and Left as a Team

Class 1.A at VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL started the new school year a little differently – with three days away together in Ovčín, Stráž nad Nežárkou. From 1 to 3 September 2026, the students had the chance to get to know each other beyond the classroom, find their place within the group and begin building the foundations of their new class community.

As part of the “A Day at High School” programme, our ninth-grade students had the opportunity to experience what it is like to study at VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL. The close connection between our schools gives them not only a first-hand experience of high school education, but also the chance to receive practical advice directly from older students.
